The main club is 2500 sq Ft with 1600 Sq. Ft. of training mat, a regulation competition kickboxing and mma ring, full shower facilities, an infrared sauna and a tonne of heavy bags plus other training equipment for our students' use.

All students are welcome to use the club during any of the hours that the club is open, in addition to your private lessons and group classes
