Youth Martial Arts

Childrens training sessions in martial arts are available!
Ages 10-13 can take part in this mixed martial arts & self defense program.
We teach realistic and applicable self defense techniques, develop our skills for practice and health, build competition teams, and enjoy training in a combination of martial art styles.
We will build character, skills, confidence, respect and promote health and fitness in a safe and fun atmosphere.
The Martial Arts we will be practicing covers all areas for Self Defense...
- STRIKING: Karate, Tae-Kwon-Do, Muay Thai Kickboxing.
- GRAPPLING: Judo, Wrestling.
- GROUND FIGHTING: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling.
We need just like in school, you need to learn and practice to have the right answers!
So if engaged by a "bully", the student will have answers to deal with verbal threats or physical threats, confrontations by a standing/striking assault, grabbing or clinching/wrestling and of course ground fighting for positional control.
The program is not only to teach students martial arts, but to help them with self confidence, discipline, motivation, and to set goals. If a child can improve on any of the above, it will make a difference in other activities besides martial arts.
They will also do well in other activities such as school work because they know they can do it with a little bit of hard work..
It will also make them feel good about themselves.
