Emphasis on practical, realistic self defense instruction
A fully systemized, laid out program. Our teaching methods are organized, in depth, and well evolved.
One half-hour private lesson per week for Kenpo/Kickboxing students
One half-hour lesson every 2 weeks for MMA students.
There are currently 9 Group Classes available for all members per week.
You are welcome to attend any or all of these group classes.
There are also 5 MMA Group Classes per week.
MMA members are welcome to train with/during Kenpo/Kickboxing Group Classes.
Lots of physical training.
We pay particular attention to your physical fitness, as good fitness reduces the risk of injury, adds confidence, and is important for effective self defense.
