Avatar Self-Defense welcomes Professor Jason St-Louis to the coaching staff and to Team HaVoK. We also have the great fortune of welcoming Tyson Veitch to Team HaVoK. Congratulations go out to our fight team, HaVoK for a fantastic showing at Full Throttle Fight Night in Comox, British Columbia!
Friday, September 11th was another stepping stone for team HaVoK's continuing rise through the MMA and Kickboxing regime.

Chris Day wins at IFC!

Training out of Avatar Self Defense, and RDS Jiu Jitsu, to fight for Team Havok, Chris Day was successful in achieving a first round Knock Out victory at the IFC Mixed Martial Arts competition in Penticton during August 15-16 weekend.
A fantastic first fight and great launch to his career as an MMA competitor.
